Today I’m reviewing a small-cap semiconductor equipment & materials firm by the name of Ituran Location and Control, Ltd. Its trading ticker symbol is ITRN.
Ituran Location and Control Ltd offers location-based services (such as stolen vehicle recovery & tracking services) as well as wireless communication products in Israel, Brazil, Argentina, and the United States.
It operates in two segments, Location-Based Services, and Wireless Communications Products. The company’s Location-Based Services segment provides stolen vehicle recovery and tracking services. The company’s Wireless Communications Products segment provides Base Site, a radio receiver that includes a processor and a data computation unit to collect and send data to and from transponders, and to control centers.
As of December 31, 2017, it served approximately 180,000 end-users through 38,000 corporate customers. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Azor, Israel

Assuming ITRN’s price will trade in the range of $28 to $40 next year, that $2.75 gain could repeat itself and move ITRN’s current $33.35 price to $36.10 by mid- August, 2019.
