Upcoming Workshops:
The following FREE workshops
are being offered by the New Jersey Council on
Economic Education. You must sign up for workshops
by contacting Melinda Luciano by email at:
njcee@kean.edu. Provide us with your full name,
mailing address, phone # and the workshop you are
interested in attending . We will then email you a
confirmation with directions and workshop details.
Professional Development Credit will be awarded.
Stock Market Challenge Teacher Training:
Teacher Training Workshops are offered to teachers
who are new to the simulation and/or to those who
need a refresher course. These workshops are FREE.
Teacher Training Workshops are usually held from 4-6
p.m. or from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays.

High School, Glen Rock, 4:30-6:30 pm CANCELLED
* Thursday, February 4, 2010:
Ocean County College, Toms River, 4:00-6:00pm.

Please note there must be a minimum of at least 5
teachers signed up for any particular workshop in
order for its continuation. If we do not
receive enough registrants for the workshop, and you
have already signed up, we will notify you of the
workshop cancellation via email.
If you have at least 5 teachers in your school
district who are interested in registering for the
NJ SMC, and your school district is willing to host
an open workshop (you provide the computer lab, we
provide the SMC Field Consultant and materials)

something at your school.
Economic and Finance Workshops:
No economic workshops are scheduled at this time.
